Our Double Pot Distilled Single Barrel Rye is an extraordinary offering of hand crafted, New England grown hearty winter raw rye and a touch of white wheat. A long, character building fermentation is the starting point for this complex rye spirit.

The rich fermentation is then double pot distilled before gently resting in a premium air seasoned cask through at least four New England seasons. Aging through a crisp autumn, hearty winter, blossoming spring and sun-drenched summer bring forth delicate notes of dried fruit and warm baking spices being layered on the nose and palate.
