Our Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from scratch, echoing the essence of all 4 New England seasons. We use 63% corn along with rye, wheat, and malted barley from Maine Malt House in Mapleton, Maine to create a distinct flavor profile that can only be crafted by managing every aspect of production. Our dedication shines in the precise mash, the graceful fermentation, and the double pot distillation. Aged over 2 years in American white oak casks, the rhythm of changing seasons influences the exquisite fusion between wood and bourbon. The result? A symphony of toffee, sweet corn, and a hint of cigar box on the nose, while the palate embarks on a journey with orange peel, vanilla, brown sugar, and inviting baking spices.
